Keron Kong

Keron Kong serves as the Senior General Manager of Operations at ANSA Merchant Bank since October 2023. Prior experience includes a 22-year tenure at RBC, where Keron held various leadership roles, including Director of Digital Products Fraud Strategy and Caribbean Banking Fraud Strategy, overseeing the Fraud Loss Portfolio for Canadian Banking digital payment products and developing strategies to combat digital fraud. Additional roles at RBC encompassed Director of Caribbean Fraud Strategy, where Keron acted as a fraud risk advisor, and Head of Physical Channels, focusing on strategy development for banking branches and ATMs in the Caribbean market. Earlier experience at Scotiabank involved managing IT systems and developing an appointment booking system. Keron holds a postgraduate degree in Management from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
