Mohit Kalra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow and enterprise service management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of the ServiceNow Practice at ANSR since July 2024, Mohit is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Mohit held the position of Global Head of ServiceNow at Atos from July 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included leading global practices, managing P&L for significant financial metrics, and driving transformation initiatives in AI/ML. Mohit's career also includes key roles at Datavail, DCP Midstream, KPMG US, and HCL Technologies, where expertise in IT service management was honed. Mohit is pursuing an Executive MBA in Digital Business Management at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications from Jaypee University of Information Technology.
