Rachel Walter

Rachel Walter, CPTD, currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at ansrsource since February 2024, focusing on developing strategies and products for corporate learning clients to enhance revenue and profitability. Previously, Walter held various leadership positions at Hilti, Inc. from 2005 to 2023, including Director of Learning and Development, where a learner-centric environment was fostered, and partnerships were established with stakeholders to prioritize inclusiveness and innovation. Walter's extensive experience encompasses project management and the creation of global training programs that significantly reduced sales time to performance and drove high levels of learner engagement. An educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and multiple certifications in organizational leadership from IMD.
