Kaylan Dombrowski

Kaylan Dombrowski is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Insurance Product Management at Answer Financial since November 2021. Prior to this role, Dombrowski spent over twelve years at Allstate, where responsibilities included acting as Regional Sales Manager for Ivantage, focusing on growth and agent development, and creating training programs as a Training & Education Consultant. Dombrowski also held earlier positions as Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Michigan State University and earned a BA in Communications from the same institution.
