Terri Alexander

Terri Alexander is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Answer Financial Inc., an Allstate company since February 2012, Terri oversees recruitment and HR functions for one of the largest auto and home insurance agencies in the United States. Prior to this role, Terri worked as a Recruiter at US Cellular from April 2010 to September 2011, specializing in full cycle recruiting for retail positions. Additionally, from March 1994 to January 2009, Terri served as an HR Business Partner at Goody's Family Clothing, Inc., managing recruitment and retention efforts for a corporate workforce of approximately 500 employees. Terri's educational background includes attendance at Pellissippi State Community College.
