Shanae Flores

Shanae Flores, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in research operations and project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager and Research Operations Manager at AnswerLab since June 2021, Shanae has previously held multiple roles at J.D. Power, including Project Manager and Research Supervisor, where responsibilities included defining, prioritizing, and executing research projects in the Utility & Infrastructure Portfolio and managing automotive research initiatives. Earlier experience includes research and project management at California State University, Northridge. Shanae holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women's Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
