Alissa Wilczynski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, project management, and technical support in the optical engineering sector. Currently serving as Director of Customer Experience at Ansys since March 2022, Alissa previously held key roles at Zemax, LLC, including Director of Digital Customer Experience, where significant projects led to the launch of a new website and customer portal. Alissa's expertise spans transitioning global teams to proactive customer success practices and implementing efficient management systems. As a co-founder of Cedar Tree Homes LLC, Alissa engaged in real estate investment, and earlier roles included sales management at Radiant Zemax, LLC, and technical support as a Senior Optical Engineer. Alissa's academic background includes a focus on Women in Entrepreneurial Leadership from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Montana.
