Dave Gouger

Dave Gouger is a seasoned technical writer and documentation specialist with extensive experience across various industries, including software and payments. Currently serving as the Lead R&D Information Developer at Ansys since December 2020, Dave is responsible for creating contextual product help and API documentation for AGI's software applications utilized by organizations such as NASA. Prior to Ansys, Dave held roles at AGI, Crane Payment Innovations, CardConnect, Aria Systems, Monetate, eBay, and IBM Kenexa, where significant contributions included launching customer support platforms, managing product documentation, and translating technical requirements into user-friendly content. Dave holds a BA in Business with a concentration in Technical Writing and minors in Computer Science and Medical Humanities from the University of Delaware.
