Richard Belcher

Richard Belcher is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning several prominent companies. Since May 2006, Richard has been with Ansys, serving as Senior Director of Global Order to Cash and previously as Vice President of European Finance, overseeing the finance function across the EMEA territory. In earlier roles at Ansys, Richard held the positions of European Finance Director and Finance Director for Northern Europe, managing accounting functions in subsidiaries across multiple countries, including the UK, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, and Italy. Prior to Ansys, Richard worked as a Division Controller at Fluent from November 1997 onwards and served as European Financial Controller at Helen of Troy in 1996-1997. Richard began the career in finance as an Auditor at Macintyre Hudson from 1992 to 1996. Richard holds a BA in Accounting & Management Control from Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of ICAEW.
