Yutaka Tokimasa

Yutaka Tokimasa currently serves as the Vice President of HR APAC and Executive Development at Ansys, a position held since October 2020, following roles as Senior Director and Director of Regional Human Resources at the same company. Prior to Ansys, Yutaka worked at AXA as General Manager, Head of C&B/HR Operation CoE from October 2017 to September 2020, and held the position of Regional Manager, Head of HR CoE for Asia & Oceania at Nissan Motor Corporation from October 2015 to September 2017. Earlier experience includes HR Manager roles at Eli Lilly and Company from March 2013 to September 2015 and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. from April 2005 to March 2013. Yutaka holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Sydney, completed between 2003 and 2005.
