Sandra Kister

Sandra Kister is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance for the Americas Region at Ant Group. Prior to that, Sandra held positions such as Legal Director and Lead Product Counsel at Alipay+ within the same company. Before joining Ant Group, Sandra worked as an M&A Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Sandra advised key M&A clients in Asia. Additionally, Sandra has experience as a Senior M&A Counsel at WH Group Limited, overseeing legal matters for a significant acquisition. Sandra's educational background includes a JD from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Yale University with a double major in East Asia Studies and International Studies.
