Rohit Khatua's work experience begins in 2002 with various roles at Castrol, where they achieved revenue and volume growth for the BP brand. Rohit also served as the national Trade Marketing Manager for Castrol's retail business. In 2008, they became the Country Head of Marketing for Vega Foods Ltd, where they developed the strategic roadmap for the company's business in Ghana. From 2009 to 2012, Khatua was the Head of Marketing and Communications for the Bombay Stock Exchange, leading successful marketing campaigns and partnership events. Rohit then served as the Vice-President of the Financial Institutions Group at the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Khatua was the Head of Marketing and Communications for the investment division of the Times Group. In 2016, they founded RocKit Consulting, an independent consulting collective offering marketing, sales, and communications strategy services. From 2021 to 2023, Khatua held the position of Head of Marketing and Communications at Planet Smart City, where they led the marketing and communications team in India. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President and Head of Marketing and Communications at Antara Senior Care, a senior care service provider.
Rohit Khatua completed their M.M.S. degree in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they completed their HSC degree in Science from DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, from 1994 to 1996. Rohit also holds certifications in Google AdWords Search Advertising, Advanced Digital Marketing Diploma, and is a certified Grow More Coach.
