Gretchen Kohler

Gretchen Kohler is a seasoned professional in environmental and regulatory compliance with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental and Regulatory Compliance at Antero Resources since August 2015, Kohler previously held key positions as Environmental and Regulatory Manager - Water and Waste. Prior experience includes a tenure at WPX Energy from June 2005 to July 2015 as Principal Environmental Regulatory and Compliance Specialist, following a role as Environmental Compliance Specialist at CBM Associates from October 2002 to June 2005, and a Project Geologist at ENSR International from August 1994 to September 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Rice University and a B.S. in Geological Science from Lehigh University.
