Anna Rath

Anna Rath is a seasoned leader in the biotechnology and agricultural sectors, currently serving as a Venture Partner at Anterra Capital since September 2024. Previously, Anna Rath held significant roles within the Biotechnology Innovation Organization from 2013 to 2024, including Chair of the Agricultural & Environmental Section, Executive Committee Member, and Governing Board Member. Leadership experience also includes serving as President, CEO, and Board Member at Vestaron Corporation from 2018 to 2024 and as Founder, CEO, and Board Member at NexSteppe from 2010 to 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Commercial Development at Ceres and Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Anna Rath's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School, a Master of Science (MS) in Human Genetics from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology from Macalester College.
