John Brubaker

John Brubaker has over two decades of experience in the business world. John began their career as a financial analyst for Lehman Brothers. John then transitioned into sales, marketing, and corporate development for QuantumShift, Inc. From 2003 to 2004, John was the director of business development for R4 Global Solutions. In 2005, they became the director of global business development for Arysta LifeScience Corporation. John held this position until 2008 when they were promoted to global head of business development for the company. In 2011, John left Arysta LifeScience Corporation to become the CEO of Plant Impact. John remained in this role until 2018 when they joined Croda as an advisor. In January 2018, John also became a venture partner at Anterra Capital, a position they still hold today.

John Brubaker's educational career began with him earning a BA from Yale University. John then went on to earn an MA from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
