Phil Austin

Phil Austin is the managing partner at Anterra Capital. Phil has over 25 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity industries. Prior to joining Anterra, Phil was a partner at Edge Animal Health, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage animal health and food safety companies. Before that, they were a partner at Animol Discovery, a life sciences venture fund.

Phil has also worked in the biotech industry, serving as CEO of ZebiAI, a drug discovery company, and as President and CEO of Enko Chem, a agricultural biotechnology company. Phil has also held leadership positions at AgriMetis LLC, Invetx, Caribou Biosciences, and Vestaron Corporation.
