Jake Lipton

Jake Lipton currently serves as the Americas Lead for M&A Transactions Advisory at Anthesis Group, overseeing the transactions advisory business across the Americas while engaging with private equity, credit, and corporate clients. As a co-founding partner at Wallbrook, Lipton has led the US operations since November 2018, culminating in the firm's acquisition by Anthesis in May 2023. Prior to Wallbrook, Lipton held the position of Vice President at Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company, where leadership focused on due diligence and strategic research. Lipton also gained significant experience as an Associate Director at Kroll, specializing in compliance risk and due diligence practices in the North American market. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
