James Hunt

James Hunt is a seasoned professional in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory, currently serving as the Global Lead for the ESG Advisory and Reporting practice at Anthesis Group since January 2024. This role follows a tenure as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Wallbrook, which was acquired by Anthesis in 2023. Prior to these positions, James held the role of Managing Director for Due Diligence & Strategic Research at Stroz Friedberg, LLC from 2013 to 2018, and Associate Director at Billiter Partners from 2009 to 2013, a company that was acquired by Stroz Friedberg. James began a career as an Analyst at Standard Bank from 2006 to 2008. Academic credentials include an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a BA in History from the University of Exeter.
