Tracy Wang is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in generative AI and natural language processing (NLP). At Scale AI from October 2017 to January 2023, Tracy built evaluation frameworks for large language models, adapted statistical models for economics and marketplace experimentation, and collaborated with various stakeholders to influence product development and decision-making. Prior experience at Charles Schwab from August 2013 to September 2017 involved expertise in NLP concepts and hands-on work with Dialogflow. Tracy holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
