Mélanie has been with Antin since the inception of the firm in 2007. She is Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee.
Mélanie oversees all matters related to the firm’s legal, tax, finance, fund administration, compliance and human resources affairs.
She joined Antin from the Galaxy Fund, where she was General Counsel. Prior to that role, she worked in the Tax Division of France Telecom and was Legal and Tax Counsel for Egis, a subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
