Pernilla Dahle is a seasoned professional in service design with diverse experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Antrop since May 2021, Pernilla specializes in service design, circular design, systems thinking, innovation, and policy design. Previously, positions included roles at Hyper Island as a visiting lecturer, educating students on circular design principles, and at Pond Design as a Service Designer & Strategist. Pernilla also held the role of UX & Service Designer at Valtech, where responsibilities included serving as the Circular Design Lead. Earlier experiences feature contributions to GoClimate as a co-creator and responsibilities at Nepa as a product manager and user researcher. Educational qualifications include a degree in Foresight and Scenario Design from Mälardalen University, a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, and multiple credentials in UX Design and design thinking.
