Frederick Janssens

Frederick Janssens BSc has extensive experience in IT and infrastructure support, currently serving as a Service Recovery Desk Engineer at Antwerp Terminal Services since January 2020, while also participating in the ATS SSC Improvement taskforce. Prior to this role, Frederick held various positions at PSA Antwerp from August 1999, including IT Systems Operations 2nd Line Infrastructure Support and IT Service Center Engineer. Frederick's career began as a Mainframe/Network Operator at COSMOS NV and included a position as CO-Gerant at O'Cool. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Open Universiteit and various certifications from Global Knowledge and Microsoft from 2003 to 2010.
