Hollie Forsyth's work experience begins in 2003 as the Manager of the New Madeira Hotel. Hollie was responsible for personnel-related issues and the smooth running of the hotel and nightclub. In 2008, they transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Consultants, where they recruited senior and niche skilled HR professionals in the public sector.

In 2011, Hollie worked at Wizzard as a Production Assistant, handling daily administration and assisting with video edits. Hollie also worked as a Producer/Production Manager at Park Village during this time, overseeing TV commercial and music video productions.

Moving on to Saatchi & Saatchi London in 2016, Hollie became a Senior Executive Producer, managing all productions for GSK and overseeing campaigns from script development to post-production and international transcreation.

In 2019, they joined TAG as a Senior Producer, primarily working on ARLA global production and collaborating with various creative agencies. Lastly, since 2020, Hollie has been with Anything is Possible, first as the Head of Production and currently as the Head of Production and Creative Operations.

Hollie Forsyth attended Sir William Borlase's Grammar School from 1997 to 2003 for their secondary education. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Brighton from 2003 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Biological Sciences. No specific field of study is provided for their degree.
