Kathleen Lefebvre

Kathleen LeFebvre is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since April 2019, Kathleen also heads communications for RealSure, a proptech startup, where strategic market-focused initiatives have facilitated rapid growth and brand establishment. Prior to this, Kathleen was the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Anywhere Brands, enhancing corporate visibility through integrated campaigns. Previous roles include Manager of External Communications at Weichert, Realtors, where communications strategies for social media and public relations were developed, and Manager of National Communications at Seiko Corporation of America, where an external communications function was created to boost product sales. Additional experience includes senior account management at LaFORCE and creative marketing roles at Raker Goldstein. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Monmouth University.
