Astrud Burgess

Astrud Burgess is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager of Data, Customer Experience, and Marketing at ANZ Group since September 2020. Previously, Astrud held various leadership roles at ANZ from March 2008 to November 2018, including Head of Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed customer strategy, brand development, and marketing communications. Astrud's career also includes a position as Account Director at mabox from 2001 to 2007 and managerial roles at BNZ in the late 1990s. Astrud holds an MCom in Marketing and Statistics from the University of Otago and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
