Cholena Orr

Cholena Orr is an accomplished Product Owner and Digital Learning Experience Leader at ANZ since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading the Digital Learning Experience Squad and overseeing the OWL platform for 42,000 employees across nearly 30 countries. Cholena's previous roles at ANZ involved enhancing performance and talent systems, leading a team on career programs, and managing graduate programs. Additionally, Cholena is a coach at The Mindful Workweek, providing productivity and executive coaching. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Productivity and Executive Coaching at Profusion Group, Australia’s largest boutique financial services recruitment firm, and Recruitment Leader for Australia and New Zealand at Mercer.
