Dasarathan Elumalai

Dasarathan Elumalai, known as Dasa, has extensive experience in technology operations and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Technology Operations at ANZ since July 2008. Dasa's career at ANZ includes roles such as Lead in Technology Business Operations and Learning & Development, and Business Operations Manager - Technology. Prior to ANZ, Dasa held various HR positions at companies including Collabera as Assistant Manager and Polaris Software Lab Ltd as Assistant Manager - HR. The professional journey began at AIG SS as Senior Executive - HR, following roles at LKV Consultancy and DSQ Software. Dasa holds a Master of Social Work in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Labour Management from the Tamil Nadu Institute of Labour Studies. Education also includes attendance at St. Andrews Higher Secondary School in Arakkonam.
