Glau Czarnota

Glau Czarnota is a seasoned Design Operations Manager with extensive experience in driving operational excellence and human-centered design within leading organizations. Currently at ANZ since August 2019, Glau focuses on innovation, partnership, and design while cultivating a collaborative community centered on Financial Wellbeing, Research, and Design. A previous role involved managing a vibrant team of over 200 designers, showcasing a remarkable growth journey from 80. Prior experience includes key roles at Telstra, Hostplus, and notable digital production positions at R/GA and Isobar Australia, managing complex projects for high-profile clients. Glau holds a degree in Public Relations from Centro Universitario Belas Artes and has recently completed a Strategic Leadership Program at Second Wave Dive.
