Mandy Robertson

Mandy Robertson has over 38 years of experience in employee relations and human resources, primarily with ANZ since August 1985. Currently serving as a Talent & Culture Consultant in Employee Relations, Mandy is the first point of contact for employee relations queries across all geographies and responsible for case recording and meeting service level agreements. Prior roles include providing specialist employee relations advice as an Employee Relations Advisor, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk, governance of payroll processes as a Payroll Governance Analyst, and leadership of a team managing customer-centric HR services. Mandy also played a key role in implementing a Global HR Contact Centre and has a background that includes various HR advisory positions and administration. Prior to ANZ, Mandy worked at the Ministry of Defence as a Personal Assistant. Education includes a New Zealand Trades Certificate in Typing and Shorthand-Typing from Wellington Polytechnic and University Entrance from Newlands College, Wellington.
