Manjula Eshwaran

Manjula Eshwaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional technology and payments data analytics, currently serving as Capability Area Lead at ANZ since October 2006. In this role, Manjula has developed strategic visions for payments analytics, led diverse teams of data analysts and engineers, and spearheaded AI initiatives through the AI Centre of Experimentation. Prior roles include Tribe Performance Lead and Product Owner for Payments Data Engineering, focusing on real-time transaction information platforms. Manjula's career also encompasses roles as Delivery Lead in Payments, Release Manager, and Technical Lead in corporate banking environments, along with earlier experience in production control and software engineering. Manjula holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from VTU.
