Michael Whitby

Michael Whitby is an experienced professional with a robust background in management and customer support within the banking and retail sectors. Currently serving as Branch Manager and Customer Readiness Coach at ANZ since May 2007, Michael focuses on enhancing digital education for customers. Previous roles at ANZ include Business Excellence Manager and Lending Support Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing business compliance to achieving retail objectives.
