Tim Horgan

Tim Horgan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience at ANZ since August 2006, currently serving as General Manager Talent and Culture for New Zealand and the Pacific. Horgan has held several key positions, including Head of Performance - Centres of Excellence and Talent and Culture Performance Lead. Notable achievements include leading the people stream for the $700 million divestment of the OnePath Life insurance business to Cigna Corporation. With a background in strategic HR services, change management, and learning and development, Horgan has effectively managed teams and implemented HR strategies across various business units while fostering organizational transformation. Prior to ANZ, Horgan worked as a Learning & Development Advisor at NZIM Central and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Otago.
