Tracy H.

Tracy H. is a seasoned experience designer currently serving as a Senior Experience Designer at ANZ since February 2025. Previously, Tracy held the position of Experience Design Lead at Origin Energy, leading a team in the development of new features for the Origin App/Web and engaging in discovery initiatives in the solar and payments sectors. As a co-owner of Beat De Race, a creative partnership, Tracy focuses on promoting positivity and kindness among all ages. Tracy's extensive experience at ANZ includes roles such as Senior/Lead Experience Designer, Design Operations Manager, and Creative Design Manager, all contributing to the development of user-centered design solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Design from RMIT University, multiple coaching and design-related certifications, and ongoing professional development in user research and inclusive design.
