Previously, as a Principal at Cubellis, Bruce established the Newport Beach office, emphasizing international mixed-use and resort projects, particularly in the Middle East. Bruce's earlier roles include Group Leader at Carter & Burgess, Director of Hospitality at MBH Architects, and Managing Director of RHL Design Group, where expertise in team leadership and large-scale architectural projects was honed. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona and a Certificate of Practice Management from the Advanced Management Institute for Architects and Engineers.
