Caroline Moran is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial finance, currently serving as Commercial Finance Director at AO since January 2013. Caroline has held several key positions within AO, including Director of Commercial and Head of Commercial, overseeing significant projects such as the company's listing in February 2014 and the transition from UKGAAP to IFRS. Prior to joining AO, Caroline worked as a Financial Manager for Lifestyle Services Group, a Group Accountant at Broadcast Australia, and an Assistant Manager at Deloitte UK. Caroline holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Leeds, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2004, and attended Loreto Grammar School from 1994 to 2001.
