Eddie Carranza

Eddie Carranza is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Google Cloud Migration Consultant at AODocs since April 2024. Previously, Eddie held the position of Learning Solutions Manager at Microsoft from November 2020 to January 2024, leading engagement programs in the Central American Region to foster innovation among educational stakeholders. Eddie has also worked as a Sr. IT Project Owner at GSK, focusing on improving user satisfaction and operational efficiency, and as an IT Specialist at Intel Corporation, providing high-level technical support to executives. Earlier roles include positions at Amazon as a Technical Support Representative and Teleperformance as a Support Engineer.
