Anka Taylor

Anka Taylor has an extensive background in transaction solutions and insurance, currently serving as the Head of Transaction Solutions for UK and EMEA at Aon since 2004, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on the design, structuring, and placement of insurance products for M&A transactions. Prior to Aon, Anka held the position of Director specializing in transaction liability insurance, addressing tax and warranty risks in private share sales. Anka's career began at Macfarlanes as a solicitor, where qualifications as a litigation solicitor were obtained, alongside work on significant commercial litigation cases. Anka also gained experience as an underwriter at Hiscox Assurance, managing various types of risk from professional indemnity to film production. Anka holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wadham College, Oxford.
