Dan Pliskin

Dan Pliskin is a seasoned corporate governance and securities professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Partner and leader of the Legal Team at Aon since September 2016, Dan specializes in areas such as executive compensation disclosures, shareholder engagement strategies, and proxy proposal drafting. Prior to Aon, Dan held the position of Chief Corporate Governance and Securities Counsel at PREIT, where responsibilities included advising board committees, overseeing SEC filings, and engaging with institutional investors. Dan's career also includes roles at Troutman Pepper, Wescott Financial Advisory Group, Manugistics Group, and DLA Piper, highlighting a deep understanding of corporate law and securities. Dan holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University, with additional education from The Wharton School.
