Margaret Heneghan

Margaret Heneghan is a seasoned global leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations, particularly in her role as Deputy Chief People Officer at Aon from February 2020 to March 2025. Heneghan oversaw the evolution and execution of the people strategy for Aon Business Services and Shared Services functions, contributing significantly to the firm's global talent acquisition and employee relations initiatives. Prior to Aon, Heneghan served as the Publications Editor at Tribune Company, where responsibilities included writing, editing, and publishing the company's biweekly employee newspaper. Early in the career, Heneghan gained valuable experience as an intern at Edelman, providing client services and research while pursuing a master's degree in journalism from New York University.
