Omer Mahdi

Omer Mahdi is a seasoned professional in the field of transactional liability, currently serving as the Head of Transaction Solutions for the Middle East at Aon. With a background as a Senior Transactional Liability Underwriter (W&I) at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and experience as an M&A Underwriter (W&I) at Aviva, Omer has honed expertise in transactional risk. Prior roles include Solicitor in the Corporate Commercial Practice Group at Eversheds Sutherland and Trainee Solicitor, as well as a Solicitor during a secondment at Bayerische Landesbank.
