Shefali Oberoi

Shefali Oberoi is a seasoned professional in People Analytics with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in People Analytics at Aon since September 2021, Shefali has expanded responsibilities to support the entire APAC region, successfully driving initiatives that enhance colleague satisfaction and promote diversity within the workforce. Prior to Aon, Shefali worked as a Staff Consultant at Nagarro, where significant insights were provided to optimize talent acquisition processes, and as a Resource Manager at Wipro Limited, where strategic workforce planning was implemented. Educational achievements include a PGDM in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology and a BCA in Computer Programming from Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya.
