Carla's expertise encompasses strategic and operational management of European projects focused on rare diseases, compliance with EU legal obligations, administrative management of EU grants, and development of new initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare Management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, a PhD in Human/Medical Genetics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and prior degrees in Medical Genetics and Biological Sciences.
