Gracia Serrano's work experience starts in 2000 at Scotiabank, where they worked as a Legal Officer and Attorney in Fact. Gracia negotiated and executed various agreements and provided legal counseling to clients. Gracia also mastered the translation of legal documents from Spanish to English and vice versa. In 2004, they joined TACA as a Contracts Administrator and stayed until 2012. At TACA, they managed and administered contracts. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Avianca as a Contracts Administrator, where they analyzed, negotiated, drafted, and executed agreements for various areas of the airline throughout North, Central, and South America. Gracia also helped develop and manage the contract administration software. Since 2016, they have been working at APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC as the Latin America Legal Director. In this role, they support the Latin American operations by overseeing regulatory, corporate, employment, and transaction matters. Gracia also assists in the implementation and improvement of legal and regulatory processes.
Gracia Serrano obtained a LLB degree in Law from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado in 2003. In 2016, they also completed a Professional Certificate in Business Management with a Marketing emphasis from UC San Diego Extended Studies. Additionally, they have obtained several diplomas in various subjects such as Airline Contract Law, Aviation Law for Managers, International Negotiation Skills, and Standard Line Maintenance Agreements from IATA Training.
