João Borges

João Borges has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. João currently holds the position of VP of Business Development, LatAm at APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC since November 2021. Prior to this, from March 2021 to September 2021, they worked as VP of Development and Sales for Americas at Turm Capital. João also served as Director of Development and Sales for Americas at Turm Capital from October 2020 to March 2021. Before that, João was the Country Manager & CEO of Turris Peru at Turris Telecom from March 2019 to September 2020. João worked as an Independent Telecom Consultant from November 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, they gained experience as the Director of International BTS at Phoenix Tower International from November 2017 to June 2018. Prior to that, they held managerial roles at CSS - Cell Site Solutions, including Gerente Geral from December 2016 to November 2017 and January 2015 to November 2017, and Gerente de Projetos from September 2013 to January 2015. João began their career at ALLSITE SERVIÇOS DE INFRAESTRUTURA LTDA in December 2002, where they served as Gerente de operações sênior until August 2013. João also has experience as a Partner at João Pedro Construções e Empreendimentos Ltda from September 1997 to October 2003.

João Borges completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Universidade Gama Filho from 1989 to 1994. In 2018, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, in December 2018, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
