Dan Schockling

Dan Schockling is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Transactions at Apache Corporation since September 2021, Dan previously held leadership roles at BMO Capital Markets as Managing Director and at Rockwater Energy Solutions as Vice President of Operations. Dan's earlier experience includes independent consulting for various companies, serving as Director at NGP Capital Resources Company, and positions at Hilcorp Energy Company, FleetBoston Financial, Deutsche Bank Securities, Houlihan Lokey, and Bank of America. Dan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida.
