Nikolai Mikhnikau has a diverse background in the field of data analysis, starting their career as an intern at R-Bank JSC, where they gained experience in credit risk valuation models and software. Nikolai then worked as a financial analyst at INTERSPORTPROJECT, where they managed financial accounting and evaluated investment opportunities. Moving on, they joined Gameloft as a data analyst, utilizing statistical and mathematical methods to analyze user behavior and present findings to stakeholders. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics Department at Apalon, where they develop predictive models and uses behavioral analytics to optimize marketing campaigns.

Nikolai Mikhnikau completed their Specialist Diploma of Economics in Economics at Belarusian State Economic University from 2007 to 2012.
