Sutha Mogun

Sutha Mogun is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Vice President of People at Apartment List since July 2023. Previously, Sutha held significant roles at Hinge Health from July 2018 to October 2022, starting as the first hire on the People Team and rising to Associate Vice President, contributing to the company's growth in digital health solutions for chronic pain. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Robert Walters, where Sutha was instrumental in building the software engineering practice, as well as roles at Ethos BeathChapman, and Phaidon International, focusing on market data, financial technology, and financial services recruitment. Sutha holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Finance from Singapore Management University and has further education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
