Jim Dale

Jim Dale is currently serving as a Client Relationship Manager at the Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC), focusing on engineering staffing services since September 2024. Previously, Jim held the position of Business Development Manager at PTS Advance from February 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included business development in engineering, energy, and renewables. Prior to that, Jim worked as an Account Executive at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom from February 2019 to February 2022, managing accounts in the greater Northeast area. Jim's experience also includes serving as a Technical Recruiter at Computer Task Group from April 2016 to February 2019, handling recruitment for various technical and business positions, and a contract role at Quality Recruiting as a Technical Recruiter in early 2016, focusing on specialized engineering recruitment. Jim Dale is an alumnus of Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Finger Lakes Community College.
