Richard Silvers is a seasoned Program and Product Manager with extensive experience at IBM and various consulting firms. Currently retired from IBM, Richard is a Software Product Owner at the Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC), where responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to streamline business operations and directing initiatives for the IBM AEM-Assets team. Previous roles span from managing IBM's Digital Sales product suite to leading marketing programs and an array of project management functions within IBM, culminating in a robust focus on enhancing sales operations and customer support. Richard's educational background includes a BA in Political Science with a minor in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University.
