Ernest Gundling serves as the Managing Partner and Co-Owner of Aperian Global since June 2005. In addition, Ernest holds the position of President and Lecturer at the University of California-Berkeley, teaching a course on Global Leadership for MBA and Evening/Weekend MBA students at the Haas School of Business since 1993. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director at Meridian Resources Associates from January 1996 to June 2005 and Director of Consulting & Organization Development at Clarke Consulting Group from 1987 to 1995. Educational credentials include a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Chicago.
